Gain in-depth knowledge about societal problems and challenges of public organisations. Combine theories of public administration, organisational science, and management with in-depth training in research methods. We focus on the challenges that governments nowadays face, such as mediatisation, ageing, declining trust in the government, and societal fragmentation. We also analyse challenges within public organisations, such as management-professional conflicts and the role of risk when innovating.

This programme is a collaboration with Utrecht University, Tilburg University and VU University Amsterdam.
