During part 1,students should investigate either the opportunities to export a product, or the possibility to import a foreign product successfully. Part 2 consists of int. sales and int. marketing.
Part 1 (International Marketing Research)
In the project, each group of students should investigate, either the opportunities to export a product currently sold in Holland to one other country, or the possibility to import a foreign product in the Netherlands successfully.
Desk research should be used to describe:
* market size and development;
* competition.
Field Research should be used to describe the customer needs and acceptance of the product.
This should result in an advisory report. This report contains a recommendation how the product should be introduced (successfully), taking into account customers and competition.
This project will be supported by marketing research and statistics and English classes.
Part 2 (International Sales II)
The Sales Training consists of sales talks, to be conducted in English, and Cross Cultural Management. You will go into relevant cultural differences when undertaking business abroad.
International Sales will focus on training sales talks in different languages.
In International Marketing you will study entry strategies, and in Law for Sales you will study financial and legal aspects of international business.
