The Real Estate Finance specialisation is designed to provide insight and training in the financial and economics aspects of commercial real estate. Real estate is a specialist discipline, covering the development, financing and operation of real estate. This specialisation links academic scholarship to industrial practice, thanks to the University's collaboration with industry.
Disclaimer: The UvA intends to offer a separate MSc in Finance and Banking (including Real Estate Finance). Depending on acquiring formal accreditation, this programme will start in September 2016.
